Prior to beginning this or any other exercise regime it is essential that you discuss the activity with your primary healthcare provider to ensure your suitability. You then proceed with any course at your own risk. The trainee is also responsible for ensuring that any activity or apparatus is legal in their area of residence. Those who move on to instructor certification are advised to obtain suitable insurance and first aid certification and carry out all due diligence.
‘Energy Work’ is generally not considered scientific fact, as such it should be treated as entertainment only and in no way a replacement for any “real world” therapy or activity.
All intellectual property is owned and controlled by Tai Chi Empowerment unless otherwise stated. Any text, illustrations, audio or video provided as a stand-alone product or as part of a subscription service must not be forwarded, reproduced or in any other way processed by the recipient.
